Mother Nature Disclaimer
As Farmers, we start each year knowing the season ahead of us may be full of uncertainty. Will Mother Nature fill our fields with too much rain, or will the hot sun burn day after day with no rain in sight? Our fields need both rain and shine. However, Mother Nature doesn’t always give us exactly what we want. Variations in weather conditions may cause some crops to fail or to yield less than expected. In farming, this is inevitable. The key is to be as prepared as we can. We have taken some extra measures to make sure that if she does not cooperate with us, the season won’t be an entire loss. We have planted a lot of “old faithful” produce that can stand harsher climates and we have built a large greenhouse to protect some of our “must haves”. So we should be OK whatever she throws our way. With that in mind, as you are now part of our Farming Family, when our fields are plenty, so are your boxes but if the weather doesn’t cooperate we hope you understand. At Ninety Farms we cannot refund your money for any pick-ups that you miss. Friends may pick up in your place. As recycling is very important to us here at Ninety Farms, any uncollected leftover produce is donated to charity.
